What is the difference between deep tissue and relaxation massage?
Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure to target chronic muscle tension and knots in deeper layers of muscle tissue. Relaxation massage uses lighter, flowing strokes designed to promote overall relaxation and stress relief. We can discuss which approach best suits your needs.
How often should I schedule massage sessions?
The frequency depends on your individual needs and goals. For general wellness and stress relief, monthly sessions are beneficial. For chronic pain or specific issues, weekly or bi-weekly sessions may be recommended initially. We'll create a personalized plan during your consultation.
Do you offer couple's massage sessions?
While our studio focuses on individual sessions to provide personalized attention, please contact us to discuss special arrangements for couples or small groups. We're happy to accommodate special requests when possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible.
