I’ve never taken therapy before. What should I expect in the first session?

Arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and relax before your session. Avoid eating a heavy meal right before your appointment. Wear comfortable clothing, and communicate any health conditions or concerns to your therapist.

How do I know if I really need therapy?

If something is affecting your daily life, relationships, work, or emotional well-being, therapy can help. You don’t have to be in a “crisis” to seek support. Therapy is also for self-growth, clarity, and emotional balance.

Is everything I share kept confidential?

Yes. Your privacy is very important to us. Everything discussed in sessions remains confidential, except in rare situations where safety is at risk (which will always be discussed with you).

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your goals and concerns. Some people benefit from short-term therapy (6–8 sessions), while others prefer longer support. We will regularly review your progress together.

How do I book a session?
